    First, we offer a low moisture cleaning. This is a very effective and cost efficient way, to a clean carpet. Our Phoenix area customers are always suprised at the amazing results and quick dry times. We will use a nine step process that will leave your carpet dry in less than 2 hours.

   We recommend you have your carpet and rugs cleaned ever six to nine months. Again, carpet does not wear out when properly cared for. The following is the steps we will take in your home;

Step 1- We first inspect your carpet. Using our experience to identify, what is best for each specific situation.

Step 2- Move or help you move any furniture you may need help with.

Step 3- We use a high powered commercial vacuum to remove loose soil, including all corners and crevices of the room.

Step 4- Pre-spray your carpet with the industries best cleaning solutions. This will loosen and suspend any soil caught in your carpet.

Step 5- We then use a rotary machine with a carpet scrubbing bonnet that will lay down the pyle in every direction, scrubbing and lifting the soil from your carpet. Changing pads several times as the bonnets absorb the dirt, replacing and repeating.

Step 6- We then change the bonnets to a 100 percent cotton bonnet that dries and picks up any remaining dirt or grime from the carpet

Step 7- Inspect all carpets cleaned making sure they are at their best.

When most people think of carpet cleaning, they think steam. This is really, a hot water extraction method, using high pressure heated water to break up and remove dirt from carpet. Many companies will tell you this is the best way to clean carpet. Over the years, through our experience, and what's been written in the nation's leading trade journals we have found that to be a double edged sword.

Why? Because of the high water pressure and gravity. There is no way to extract all the water from the carpets leaving the water to sit under your pad with any remaining dirt, scum or toxins to mildew or mold. You see, if I have only water pressure to loosen the dirt then it better be real hot and real strong, ultimately leading to excess water, carpet shrinkage and odor.

Steam does have a place in the care of your carpet if done correctly using a two process method where the carpet is scrubbed and then hot water extracted. We are then able to use less water pressure and remove still more dirt and grime than traditional steam cleaning.
