Step 1- We first inspect your carpet. Using our experience to identify, first what you carpet is made of, second the construction of the carpet and testing the carpet for the presents of carpet protectant.  Next we identify problem areas including damaged carpet, pet stains, dyes locked into your carpets fibers, yellowing and PH levels.

Step 2- Move or help you move any furniture you may need help with.

Step 3- We use a high powered commercial vacuum to remove loose soil, including all corners and crevices of the room.

Step 4- Pre-spray your carpet with the industries best non-detergent cleaning solutions (soap based detergents leave residues that later attract dirt). Our surfactants will loosen and suspend any soil caught in your carpet.

Step 5- We then do a Dry pass, using a rotary extractor (Hydromaster rx20) that will lay down the pyle in every direction, scrubbing and vacuuming the suspended soil and pre-spray from your carpet. Note step 5 is done by very few carpet cleaners. It is a necessary step that is taught by the IICRC.

Step 6- The Rinsing pass deep cleaning step.   With the same machine hooked up to our top of the line truckmount, we make another pass. This is where the real magic happens.
